makerspace studio membership
Studio is our membership-based maker club! Members can drop in during various scheduled studio blocks throughout the week and work through their projects at their own pace. Mentors are available to help with inspiration and troubleshooting along the way.
Studio offers a unique opportunity to explore, experiment and develop skills via independent projects and themed challenges. Themes are cycled through quarterly, and students are encouraged to pick a project (or multiple projects!) within each theme. This is an open workshop offering, with instructors available for help and guidance as children work on a project of their choosing within the theme.
Studio Block 1 Theme (Jan-Mar): Winter Wonderland
Example projects:
- Build a shoveling robot
- Design a snowman runner game
- 3d design & print snowflake jewelry
- DIY a winter photo booth with cardboard, makedo tools and Adobe Express/Canva
