Core: Coding Level Two
$300.00
Robo-Challenge
Take your coding skills off the screen and into the real world. In Level Two, students design, build, and program autonomous robots that sense, decide, and act independently. Using micro:bits, motors, and real-world sensors, we’ll explore how intelligent systems respond to their environment and complete mission-based challenges.
Description
Robo-Challenge
Take your coding skills off the screen and into the real world. In Level Two, students design, build, and program autonomous robots that sense, decide, and act independently. Using micro:bits, motors, and real-world sensors, we’ll explore how intelligent systems respond to their environment and complete mission-based challenges.
Over eight weeks, students will progress from basic motion control to advanced decision-making, combining logic, real-time data, and mechanical design. By the end of the program, each student will compete in a robotics challenge arena where their robot must navigate obstacles, complete objectives, and operate without continuous human control.
Software: Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
Hardware: Chromebooks, Micro:bit, ELECFREAKS Nezha Inventor Kit, sensors, motors, robotics components
Prerequisites: Completion of Coding Level One, or comparable experience in block programming. If your child has not completed our Coding Level One course, and you would like to enroll in level two, please send us an email to discuss!
