Codelets Summer Camp Cancellation & Transfer Policy
At Codelets, camp spaces are limited and materials are prepared in advance. To ensure fairness for all families and to allow us to plan effectively, the following policy applies to all summer camp registrations.
Week Transfers
Camp week transfers are permitted under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the registered camp start date
- Space must be available in the requested camp week
- The alternate camp must be age-appropriate
- 30+ days before camp: No fee
- 14–29 days before camp: $25 administrative fee
- Less than 14 days before camp: Transfers are not permitted
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued based on the number of days prior to the camp start date:
- 30+ days before camp: Full refund minus $25 administrative fee
- 14–29 days before camp: 50% refund
- 7–13 days before camp: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before camp: No refund
Once camp has begun, no refunds will be issued for withdrawal or missed days.
Optional Account Credit
Instead of receiving a refund, families may request a 100% codelets account credit if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the camp start date.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Credits are non-transferable
- Credits may be used toward any Codelets program, class, or camp.
Minimum Enrollment Requirement
Each Codelets camp requires a minimum number of registered participants in order to run.
If minimum enrollment is not met:
- Families will be notified at least 7 days prior to the camp start date whenever possible
- Families may choose to transfer to another available camp week at no additional charge
- If a suitable transfer is not available, a full refund will be issued
Codelets reserves the right to cancel or consolidate camp weeks due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
These policies allow us to maintain small group sizes, prepare high-quality materials, and deliver an exceptional hands-on camp experience for every student. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
